President Tran Dai Quang holds talks with State Duma Chairman
(VOVWORLD) -President Tran Dai Quang held talks with State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin during his official visit to Russia on Friday.
The President praised the close cooperation between the two legislative bodies and wished the friendship parliamentarian groups to contribute to bilateral comprehensive partnership. Chairman Volodin said the State Duma wants to promote bilateral cooperation and build up a legal framework to boost industrial, agriculture, energy and oil cooperation.
