(VOVworld)- On Monday, President Tran Dai Quang and other candidates taking part in the 14^th National Assembly election met with voters of the polling station No1, consisting of district 1, 3 and 4 in Ho Chi Minh city.

Talking with voters, President Quang stressed his top priority as fine-tuning the legal system to institutionalize the Resolution of the 12^th National Party Congress and the 2013 Constitution. He promised to build an elite and modern revolutionary armed force to strengthen national defense and development. He said he would consistently pursue a foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, peace, cooperation and development, proactively integrating into the world, serving the national interests to the utmost, maintaining peace and stability and making full use of resources for national development and improving the life of the people.
