(VOVworld) – At a reception for the outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, Hiroshi Fukada, in Hanoi on Tuesday, President Tran Dai Quang praised the Vietnam-Japan relationship with its strengthened exchanges. Mr. Quang spoke highly of the Ambassador’s contributions to upgrading bilateral ties to the level of strategic partnership for peace and prosperity in Asia. He said he believes that Mr. Fukada will continue working to foster friendship between the 2 countries.
