(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang hosted a reception on Wednesday for the governor of Japan’s Wakayama Prefecture, Yoshinobu Nisaka, in Hanoi as the latter is on a visit to explore cooperative opportunities in agriculture and aquaculture between Wakayama and several Vietnamese localities. President Sang hailed Nisaka’s visit to Vietnam which is the manifestation of a wide and deep strategic partnership between the two countries. He said he believed that both sides will further promote bilateral cooperation, especially in Japan’s advanced technology transfer to Vietnam. He pledged to create the best possible conditions for Japanese businesses to invest in Vietnam.
