President urges Kim Dong Publishing House’s further publications with humanistic values
(VOVWORLD) -President Nguyen Xuan Phuc has asked Kim Dong Publishing House to issue more works with humanistic values, educate the young generation, and contribute to building core values and good characters for Vietnamese children.
The President on Friday attended the 65th anniversary of the establishment of Kim Dong Publishing House. He said that the birth of the publisher is an important milestone, showing the special and profound concern of the Party and State for the young generation.
Applauding Kim Dong for successfully transforming itself in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, President Phuc said: “Faced with the new difficulties and challenges of the times, I think that Kim Dong Publishing House needs to think more deeply about its innovative and creative development strategy. For example, what is the mission in the coming period; how to add value to young people; many families and young people seek to read high-value, engaging works.”
