In his address, the President said the project must reflect the 2013 Constitution and Vietnam’s practical context. 'The project is based on ideological foundation of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh thought and built upon achievements in the development of the law-governed socialist state of Vietnam. The project affirms the viewpoint of the State of the people, by the people, and for the people. Research must be raised to a higher level to make it closer to reality to better care for the people.'
The President said the project must ensure a scientific approach and renewal mindset with long-term view in line with the Industry 4.0.
