President Thuong said economic, trade, and investment are the focus of bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea. A large number of Korean businesses that have accompanied President Yoon Suk Yeol to Vietnam reflects the great potential of stronger bilateral cooperation.

Mr. Sohn Kyung Shik said 200 Korean businesses accompanying the RoK President to visit Vietnam hopes to seek investment opportunity and expand investments in Vietnam. He said CJ Group plans to invest in the culture industry, particularly cinematography in Vietnam. The group also intends to expand food production and processing in Vietnam for export to other countries.
