(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has sent a congratulatory letter to shooter Hoang Xuan Vinh who has won a gold medal in Olympic Games Rio 2016.

In the letter, Mr. Phuc spoke highly of Vinh’s achievement as he won the first ever Olympic gold medal for Vietnamese sport. The Prime Minister expressed his hope that Vietnamese athletes will continue gaining more achievements in the next competitive days of Olympic Games Rio 2016.
