(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and the Vietnamese delegation left Astana for Algeria on Saturday after visiting Kazakhstan. Earlier, he met representatives of Vietnamese businesses operating in member countries of the Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC).

He said that the FTA between Vietnam and the Eurasian Economic Community is an important step in fostering friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and members of the EAEC. He urged the Vietnamese government, relevant agencies, and Vietnamese businesses at home and abroad to effectively implement the agreement: “The EU market is demanding with strict requirements about food safety and hygiene as a technical barrier. It is our responsibility to boost domestic production and exports to benefit our nation.”
