(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen tan Dung has called for the identification of key projects to tackle climate change impact.

As the chairman of the National Committee on Climate Change, he told the committee’s 6^th session in Hanoi on Tuesday that the ministries and provinces should promote communications to implement the Party resolution on active response to climate change. He said that the committee should review and update priorities in climate change response with resources mobilized from the state and society as well as international donations. He said international negotiations should elevate Vietnam’s role in international efforts to tackle the impact of climate change.
