The Prime Minister said that as a comrade, brother and close friend of Cuba, Vietnam congratulated the great achievements the Cuban Party, State and people have gained in national construction and defense. He said that Vietnam and Cuba’s multi-faceted cooperation has seen practical results, benefiting both peoples. Mr. Dung said that in the new context, the two sides need to discuss and deal with remaining issues and work out new cooperative programs with specific contents to further strengthen bilateral ties.
