(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has urged Nghe An province to follow President Ho Chi Minh’s teaching to become a leading province in the north.

Addressing the provincial Party Congress on Saturday, the Prime Minister agreed with the provincial Party’s resolution and called for more unity and determination to create new growth momentum, more reforms in mindsets, development plans and policy making with joined efforts by the whole political system, businesses and people.
