Ministries, agencies, and localities were asked to block external pathogens, conduct contract tracing and zoning, and treat COVID-19 patients. Leaders will be held accountable for any mistakes, said the note, which called on everyone to stay calm and consistently follow preventive measures.  

The Prime Minister ordered the administration and media agencies to promote communication programs to encourage vigilance against the coronavirus and against fake news.
