(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Sunday had a working session with key leaders of Ninh Thuan province on performance in 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 and direction for the whole year.
Prime Minister Chinh told participants that the meeting reviews what Ninh Thuan has done and what has not been done, analyzes the causes, determine the orientations, goals, and major solutions for 2022 and the coming time.
The 13th National Party Congress Resolution, the 5-year plan, the 10-year strategy for socio-economic development of Vietnam, the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, and the thematic resolutions of the Party Central Committee should be implemented well, he said.
The Prime Minister stressed the need to find breakthroughs from the current conditions so that Ninh Thuan can develop quickly but sustainably, be self-reliant, and move forward.
On Saturday during a working trip to Ninh Thuan province, Prime Minister Chinh checked the combat readiness of the 937th Airborne Regiment, Division 370, the Air Defense Force and visited Thanh Son airport.
Visiting a green economic complex for clean salt production and renewable energy with a capacity of 500 MW in Thuan Nam district, the Prime Minister said this new model which should be replicated with the spirit of innovation, building an independent and self-reliant economy.
Also on Saturday, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Le Thi Hu, in Ca Na commune, Thuan Nam district and surveyed Song Cai reservoir in Tan My irrigation system, Ca Na seaport, and visited Tien Tien organic farming farm.
