At a reception in Hanoi on Friday for Cuban Ambassador Hermenio Lopez Diaz, who came to bid farewell at the end of his tenure in Vietnam, Mr. Phuc suggested that both sides increase economic, trade, and investment cooperation to the same level of their political ties. He expressed hope that Cuba creates favorable conditions for Vietnamese businesses. The Cuban ambassador pledged to continue boosting friendship and solidarity between two countries.
