Speaking at a conference to introduce successful digital transformation models of the court sector in Hanoi on Sunday, Chinh, who is also Chairman of the National Committee on Digital Transformation, said the building of an electronic court has always been identified as one of the key tasks throughout the judicial reform process, and an urgent task for the court system to improve its efficiency.
The conference was organized by the Supreme People's Court in Hanoi and connected online with more than 800 People's Courts at all levels nationwide.
The Prime Minister asked the court sector to pay special attention to and continue to promote digital transformation, considering this one of the most important and effective tools in all aspects of the People's Court's work. The Prime Minister requested the court sector to improve institutions and mechanisms to promote digital transformation and build electronic Courts while ensuring cyber security and information safety in all situations.
The Prime Minister requested the Court sector to soon submit to the National Assembly for approval the Law on Organization of the People's Courts (amended) and the Civil Procedure Code (amended), creating a premise for online litigation activities.
