Prime Minister urges faster disbursement of ODA capital, preferential loans
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has underlined the importance of reviewing, monitoring, and removing obstacles in administrative procedures to ensure the efficient use of ODA capital for national socio-economic development.

Mr. Phuc made the statement while chairing a meeting of ministries, sectors, and localities in Hanoi on Tuesday.
He asked for the disbursement of ODA capital and preferential loans on schedule from now until 2020.
Prime Minister Phuc said the ODA capital and loans are an important resource for national development.
He instructed the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, the Government Office, and localities to work closely on plans to attract new ODA and preferential loans for 2018 and increase government and local self-reliance.
