Prime Minister’s directive on ensuring security and order
(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung chaired a meeting in Hanoi on Saturday to discuss measures to strengthen security and order. He asked leaders of provinces, ministries and agencies to implement coordinated measures to prevent illegal protests and strictly deal with provocateurs. They were also required to advise the people not to join illegal protests and contribute to maintaining social security and public order as well as protecting national sovereignty. The Vietnamese government and local administrations will take necessary measures in line with Vietnam’s law and international commitments to ensure the safety of foreign individuals, businesses and agencies in Vietnam.
