The project will produce stories about the ingredients and specialties of different areas in Vietnam’s 63 provinces and cities to boost tourism.

Mr. Nguyen Le Phuc, Deputy Director General of the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, said: “Vietnamese cuisine is popular around the world. Many Vietnamese dishes have been included on favorite cuisine lists on international tourism websites and other media. We hope this project will promote Vietnamese cuisine around the world.”

The Vietnam National Authority of Tourism has promoted Vietnamese cuisine and tourism and introduced the specialties of Vietnamese areas on websites, social media, and at many culinary festivals.
