(VOVworld) - Vu Xuan Hong, President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO), has called on chief representatives of Vietnam’s missions abroad to do their best to boost Vietnam’s ties with other countries, contributing to both national and people diplomacy activities.

At a meeting Tuesday, Hong asked Vietnamese Ambassadors and chief representatives to cooperate with VUFO in promoting peace, solidarity, friendship, and non-governmental activities while promoting networks of international friends and organizations that support Vietnam. Participants pledged their utmost effort to coordinate with VUFO in fulfilling their diplomatic tasks overseas.
