(VOVworld)- President Truong Tan Sang presented the Ho Chi Minh Order to the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) at its 55th anniversary in Hanoi on Thursday. At the ceremony, President Sang urged the Academy to improve the quality of its training and methodology. He stressed the academy’s important role in fostering the quality of officials and public servants. Also at the ceremony, Sang presented the Independence Order (third class) to the Academy’s Director and Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Nguyen Dang Thanh.
