Speaking in the conference on Thursday, permanent member to the Party Secretariat, Dinh The Huynh, called for reform in mass mobilization to improve performance and address public complaints to improve trust in the Party. Delegates praised mass mobilization’s contributions to social consensus and national unity in achieving socio-economic targets.
