The Forum marks the organization’s 20th anniversary, the Department of Information and Communications said Monday.
This year's Forum includes a Standing Board meeting, a 3-session symposium, a joint statement signing ceremony, a press conference, and a program to introduce and promote Quang Ninh tourism.
