(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Farmers’ Association and the Ministry of Planning and Investment held a conference this week to collect opinions on the revised Law on Cooperatives.
Representatives from the Association’s local branches praised amendments to the law which have clarified rules protecting the interests of co-op members. The revised law clearly defines the differences between a cooperative and an enterprise. The revised law was submitted at the National Assembly’s 3^rd session.
