(VOVworld) – A national seminar to gather opinions on the revised laws on Housing and Real Estate Business opened in the central city of Da Nang on Friday.

The revisions deal with housing ownership and policies as well as housing regulations concerning overseas Vietnamese and foreign individuals and organizations in Vietnam. Nguyen Tran Nam, Deputy Minister of Construction said: Revising these two laws aims to help the State develop housing policies and mechanisms for low income earners as well as social policies, thus ensuring social security. It will also help to minimize unplanned housing development.”

These two laws are being revised to conform to the revised Land Law.
