(VOVworld) - Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Thursday said that the US government hasn't consulted with Russia before announcing its plan to establish “safe zones” for refugees in Syria, adding that this was a sovereign decision. He noted that it's important not to exacerbate the situation with refugees; however, all possible consequences of the US measure should be calculated.
