Russia criticizes Washington’s preconditions for Trump-Putin meeting
(VOVWORLD) - Washington has set "unacceptable" preconditions for a new US-Russia summit, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Tuesday.

Ryabkov told reporters that Russia regretted President Trump's decision to cancel a scheduled meeting with President Putin in Argentina in December. He said a new meeting between the two leaders next year would be meaningful to both sides, but the US must re-consider its "counterproductive, artificial" requirements, adding that Moscow and Washington need the partnership equally.
