Russia, Pakistan conduct joint military drills
(VOVWORLD) - Pakistan and Russia started joint military exercises, Druzhba-2020, on Thursday. Russia will send more than 150 servicemen to take part in the drills, with over 70 from the Special Forces.

Russia has spent nearly a month preparing for the Druzhba (Friendship) exercises, which include reconnaissance, search and ambush actions, camouflage and covert movement on terrain as well as the arrangement of long-term observation posts and survival in isolation from the main forces.
The exercises, which will last until Nov 21, have been held since 2016.
