The celebration, normally held on May 9, was postponed this year due to the COVID-19 epidemic. President Putin told a working session with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu:

"I’ve ordered preparations for military parades in the capital and other cities to mark the 75th anniversary of Russia’s Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The celebration will be on June 24, when the historic parade of victors will take place. Our soldiers who fought for Moscow and defended Leningrad and Stalingrad, liberated Europe, and stormed Berlin, marched triumphantly in Red Square."

Putin said the ‘Immortal Regiment March’ will be held later, perhaps on Russia’s Navy Day, July 26, depending on the epidemioligical situation to prevent COVID-19 from spreading.
