Deputy Chairman of Hanoi municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Hong Son told a visiting delegation of Russian State Nuclear Energy Corporation led by its President Golobev Aleksey Viktorovich, in Hanoi on Friday. The visit was designed for both sides to share experience in urban management, and seek cooperation opportunities among both sides’ localities and research agencies via ROSATOM and the two countries’ friendship associations.
