The tours provide visitors yoga and meditation experience at popular local tourist destinations such as Ham Rong tourist site, Fansipan Legend spiritual tourism complex, and Muong Hoa valley.

The highlight of International Yoga Day (June 21) celebrations was a performance by 500 Vietnamese and foreign yoga trainers and yogis.

This was an opportunity for Lao Cai to introduce to domestic and foreign friends the beauty of Sa Pa, a famous tourist attraction with breathtaking natural landscapes and rich cultural values of many ethnic minority groups, which provides a perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating and immersive yoga experience.

Participants at the event had a chance to enjoy an exhibition of meditation spaces of Sa Pa, vegan food, and wellness products of Lao Cai.
