Under the scheme, which took effect on Monday, groups will be created to ensure an equable environment for businesses operating in both sharing and traditional economic models. The scheme will also encourage innovation, digital technology, and the development of a digital economy. Businesses will be supported to adapt to the new sharing economy model during digital technology’s rapid advance.
