Second working day of Party Central Committee’s fifth plenum

In the morning, the Committee discussed a project on completing institutions for the socialist-oriented market economy.

The session was chaired by Politburo member and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

In the afternoon, senior Party members debated a project on restructuring and reforming state-owned enterprises to improve their  efficiency.
