Seminar highlights NA’s role in State diplomacy
(VOVWORLD) - The National Assembly’s diplomatic activities contribute greatly to fostering ties between Vietnam and foreign countries, said NA Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu at a Monday seminar in Can Tho spotlighting the role of the NA in State diplomacy.

Mr. Luu said: “At this seminar, we will discuss the regional and global situation, opportunities and challenges for Vietnam’s diplomacy, the NA’s role in bilateral and multi-lateral external relations, the future trend of paramentary diplomacy, and ways to boost paliamentary diplomacy. We’ll also share experience with foreign experts from the US, Canada, and the EU.”
The seminar was co-hosted by the NA Committee for External Affairs and Germany’s Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
