(VOVworld) – A seminar to improve the business environment and the provincial competitive index of the North Central Region opened on Friday in Vinh City, Nghe An province. Economists analyzed the business environment and the implementation of government resolution No. 19 on improving the business environment of Vietnam and the North Central Region provinces. Representatives from Da Nang City and Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, and Vinh Phuc provinces discussed several role models and solutions for improving the provincial business environment, including measures to cut administrative procedures, enhance the efficiency of implementing mechanisms and policies to support businesses in addressing their difficulties and attracting investment for development.
