(VOVworld) – The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held a seminar this week on Vietnam Trade Union regulations in the 1992 Constitution.

VGCL Vice Chairman, Hoang Ngoc Thanh said amendments to the Constitution create important new legal conditions for Trade Union organization and other activities. The VGCL organized the seminar to collect opinions on the amendments from scientists and city and province representatives.
