Addressing a ceremony to mark the 15th anniversary of the SHTP on Sunday, Mr. Phuc said that the Park has enjoyed rapid growth and created an added value chain and a favorable environment for research and development.
“SHTP should become another Silicon valley in the region and the world, a major R&D center, and a high-quality human resource training establishment. It should also create an eco-smart urban area and a high-tech incubator to make HCM city the first smart city in Vietnam”.
Located 12km from HCM city’s downtown, SHTP has attracted scores of tech giants such as Nidec, Air Liquide and Intel.
