(VOVworld) – The National Traffic Safety Committee and the Vietnam Composers Association have named the winners of a songwriting competition on traffic safety. At a ceremony on Thursday at the Radio the Voice of Vietnam theatre, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hailed the contest organizers, including Radio the Voice of Vietnam, for diversifying communication activities to raise people’s awareness and responsibility for traffic safety and culture. Phuc told participants: 400 entries by hundreds of musicians reflect public concern over national traffic safety – a hot issue not only in Vietnam but also in many other countries.
