South Korea's new unification minister urges steady dialogue

Lee said he will pursue a creative approach to lay down “stepping stones” to peace and reconciliation. He called on North Korea to halt actions that would increase military tensions.
South Korean President Moon Jae-in appointed Lee last Friday to lead South Korea’s top inter-Korean body.
