Speculation on North Korean officials visiting China
(VOVWORLD) - Japanese media reported on Monday that a train possibly carrying high-level officials from North Korea has traveled through Dandong city, which borders with China.

In Beijing, a car with a North Korean embassy number plate was seen at the People’s Great Hall on Monday. Nippon TV screened a train to Beijing on Monday which looked similar to one that former Korean leader Kim Jong il used to visit China before he died.
In a related development, North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong ho plans to visit Russia in the middle of April and hold talks with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov. The two sides are said to discuss the upcoming inter-Korean summit and US-North Korea talks.
