“Spring colours across Vietnam” Festival opens in Dong Mo
(VOVWORLD) - A cultural program entitled “Spring colors across Vietnam” took place at the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism in Hanoi’s outlying district of Dong Mo Wednesday.

Representatives of 25 ethnic groups from 17 provinces attended the Spring Festival, which celebrates the cultural identities of ethnic groups and honors those who have made outstanding contributions to preserving ethnic culture.
