(VOvworld) – Restructuring state agencies plays a crucial role in national development, according to Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh. Ninh chaired Wednesday’s meeting with the State steering committee for reforming public agencies under the Ministries of Finance; Education and Training; Culture, Sports, and Tourism, and Science and Technology.

Ninh said the ministries and sectors should renovate their affiliate agencies in terms of operation, financing, and wages in line with the agencies’ performance. He urged them to proactively research and propose innovations in operation, organizational structure, and management while developing criteria for supervising service quality.
