(VOVworld) - Permanent member of the Party Secretariat Le Hong Anh has called for more linkages between training and Party building. He was speaking at the opening session of a new school year in the  Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy on Friday.

He said national success is dependent on the quality of public officials and leaders:“The officials must be the country’s elite who have talents and moral standards, revolutionary and practical thinking to promote national industrialization and modernization for international integration.”
