(VOVworld) – State President Truong Tan Sang on Friday received the Brazilian ambassador to Vietnam, Victoria Alice Cleaver, who has concluded her term in Vietnam.

Mr. Truong Tan Sang spoke highly of the achievements the ambassador has made to promote Vietnam-Brazil’s comprehensive partnership. He said Vietnam has always attached great importance to cooperation with Brazil adding that the two countries have seen considerable progress in economics and trade. Mr. Truong Tan Sang said the two countries have potential for cooperation, especially in the establishment of the ASEAN Community in 2015. The State President called for more cooperation in education, culture and tourism to promote mutual understanding.
