State President Truong Tan Sang begins Hungary visit
(VOV) - State President Truong Tan Sang today/ on Sunday began an official three-day visit to Hungary, demonstrating Vietnam’s desire to strengthen cooperation with this European nation.

He is scheduled to hold talks with President Janos Ader and meet with other senior Hungarian leaders. They will discuss measures to boost traditional friendship and cooperation between the two countries in economics, trade, investment, science-technology, the environment, and education and training. He will also attend a Vietnam-Hungary business forum, visit a number of economic centers, and meet with representatives of the Vietnamese community in Hungary. Located in central Europe, Hungary established diplomatic ties with Vietnam in 1950 one year after it founded the Republic of Hungary, laying a foundation for the traditional friendship and cooperative relations between the two countries.
