The provincial tourism sector has organized a number of cultural and culinary events in Nha Trang city, Hanoi, and the southwestern region. Vice-Chairman of the Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Tourism Association Pham Minh Nhut said the province will promote its tourism on multimedia and boost e-commerce.
“We have comprehensive plans for the next 3 and 6 months, targeting domestic tourists. We want to promote our tourism products to southwestern provinces and localities which can easily be connected with Khanh Hoa by air or by road,” Nhut said.
Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Tourism Nguyen Thi Le Thanh said tourism businesses are well prepared to welcome tourists in 2021.
“We hope for a better year with the arrival of more domestic tourists, after a gloomy year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our tourism infrastructure has been upgraded and product quality has improved, guaranteeing better experience for visitors,” said Thanh.
Currently, Khanh Hoa province has more than 1,100 accommodation establishments, of which more than 120 are rated as 4 or 5 stars.
