UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said at a daily news briefing that he expected an intensification of efforts and immediate action to initiate the high pace and scale of operations for the removal of all chemical weapons by April 27.
Earlier the OPCW said that about 65% of chemical weapons had been removed from Syria, including 57.4 % of the priority ones, which were the most risky.
