Talents mobilized to finetune socialist law-governed state
(VOVWORLD) - President Nguyen Xuan Phuc chaired a meeting on Thursday with intellectuals and think-tankers on the draft strategic plan to fine-tune the socialist law-governed state.

The President, who is also Head of the Steering Committee on this proposal, hailed the significance of the proposal in judicial reform. He said the 13th National Party Congress determined that building a law-governed socialist state of the people, by the people, and for the people is the core task in reforming the political system.
He said to ensure the proposal’s quality, it's important to mobilize inputs from various organizations, experts, legal scientists and practitioners. Participants in the discussion had previously contributed opinions to the 2013 Constitution and numerous documents on state of law issues. He urged the experts to continue contributing to the proposal.
