(VOVWORLD) - Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City has been awarded the Airport Health Accreditation (AHA) certificate by Airports Council International (ACI) for its adherence to health safety measures during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to receive the certificate, the airport had to undergo a strict assessment of health safety measures, including cleaning and disinfection procedures, physical distancing, staff protection, physical layout, passenger communications, and passenger facilities.
Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi and Da Nang International Airport in Da Nang were also honored with the AHA certificate.
