(VOV) – On Wednesday, a naval ship docked at Da Lat Island in Truong Sa, (Spratly) Archipelago to deliver Tet gifts and best wishes to all soldiers and staff stationed there.

Nguyen Hong Quan, Deputy Brigadier of Brigade 146 of Military Zone 4 said the Party, Government, and people always remember the soldiers stationed on Vietnam’s remote islands like Da Lat. Captain Truong Hong Phuong, Head of the Da Lat Unit, said all staff and soldiers there together will overcome all difficulties to fulfill their assigned missions and protect Vietnam’s sea and island sovereignty. Da Lat is a submerged island located nearest to the mainland, the southern pole of the Truong Sa Archipelago, 240 nautical miles off Cam Ranh Bay.
